  Admission Requirements : Candidates must have completed at least the 1st class of the senior high school.

Attendance : The attendance is compulsory. The studies last 2 years.Each school year consists of two terms :

The Academic Term starts in October and ends in May.

The Industrial Placement Term starts on the 1st of June and ends on the 15th of September. It consists of working in hotel enterprises selected by O.T.E.K.

 

Modules

1 st Year

Food & Beverage Operations Management, Hotel Operations Management, Introduction to Culinary Art, Tourism Geography, Wine Technology and Service, Safety and Hygiene, English terminology , French or German Terminology, PC applications in F& B operations, Tourism Economics, Housekeeping Operations, Tourism-Culture-Society.

2 nd Year

Food & Beverage Management, Front Office Operations, Front Office Information Technology, Bartending , Housekeeping, Hospitality C osting & Control, Menu Planning, French or German Terminology, English Terminology, Tourism Marketing, Tourism Legislation, Human Resources Management.
